Number 10: Gauche Suede (Tegami Bachi) 
He honestly just barely makes it on this list, if for no other reason than that he should've gotten a lot more time and I personally wish the story was based around him, not Lag because he's a much cooler character.
That and he has a slight angty emo problem with trying to shoulder everything on his own and how hard his life is; which is a serious pet peeve of mine. However for the time you do see him he's a really cool character, I cant explain exactly why he's cool though, not cool like awesome, cool like just cool, chill. His teamwork with Roda is great and awesome, he's actually developed with a pretty decent back story and his Shindanjuu is win and it's like uber-powerful and special.
Lastly what I really like about him is his relationship with his little sister, personally I thought that was absolutely adorable, that and the childhood romance shown in his flashback. I just have a soft spot for relationships like that though, they're so cute. And for whatever reason I can see him being romantic, though I'm not sure why O.o
Number 9: Eyes Rutherford (Spiral)
Ok I know my friend would've like slaughtered me if I didn't put Eyes somewhere on this list, but I gotta admit, he is pretty cool.Sure, ok, he's a pianist, not exactly the coolest thing in the world, but he's a world famous pianist...not only that, but a really bad-ass looking world famous pianist. Plus there's something strangely awesome about the blade children's signature cat-like eyes, but they look the best on him. Honestly I thought at first Eyes was a nickname because of his weird eye shape.
And you know what else is cool about him? He's a freaking genius! A genius and not an asshole like some other geniuses (Kanone). Honestly though I think Kanone and Eyes have some creepy yaoi thing going on, I think they're gay for eachother. Either that or Kanone, being the creep that he is, is just after Eyes' ass. But yeah anyway, that theory and the fact that he's fairly dry and boring a lot of the time, are the only reasons he didn't get higher on this list
Number 8: Takahisa Tajima (11Eyes)
He throws fire! Do I really need a better reason than that?! I mean c'mon, who doesn't wanna be able to form fireballs out of nowhere and throw them? That's freaking great! Haha ok excuse that I think some of my inner pyro just escaped there XD
But really, pyrokenisis is one of the most awesome abillities out there, he doesn't really suffer from "Shounen Hero Syndrome" like Kakeru does (although Kakeru doesn't do it in a boring annoying way) Takahisa is original! Really, you've gotta feel for the guy, his past is so tragic, poor kid, so it's even cuter how he has the adorable little romancy thing going on with Yukiko, you know he deserves it. That deserves sympathy and how he goes absolutely ballistic when the person he loves most is brutally murdered. It's awesome, but very sad and somewhat scary at the same time. There really isn't much of anything I particularly dislike about him, but there isn't enough that I like for him to be placed higher on the list.
Number 7: Tarou Urashima (Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi)
God it was a pain to find a picture of him -.- But anyway, I know not many people have heard of him yet since Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi is only on its third episode, but it was that third episode that made me really really like this character.
He's really the only anime flirt that still flirts with a bunch of girls, while still being respectful to women and caring about their personallities. For that, this guy gets a lot of respect from me and he's the only flirt character who I really like.
In the 3rd episode there were 2 girls competeing for his affection, one was bitchy and popular since grade school, yet "pretty" the other was extremely unpoopular, but had a great personallity and genuinely cared for him, she was fat and unpopular in grade school, but she worked to lose weight and make herself pretty for him. Neither of them won the school beauty conest that they entered, but Tarou voted for the girl with the good personallity and they had a sweet moment at the end of the episode. That alone made me really really like him. I simply havn't seen enough of him yet to like his character more.
Number 6: Toshiro Hitsugaya (Bleach)
Why am I seeing myself getting fangirl hate for not putting him higher on this list? Oh well, my list, not theirs. Toshiro is awesome yes, but not awesome enough to get any spot higher than 6 simply because he always seems like he's got soomething shoved tight into the wee crevices of his ass. He's always got a problem with everything.
On the other hand though he's awesome cuz he's the youngest Captain, he's a child prodigy and child prodigies are always cool. And you know I totally feel his pain with the whole short thing *pats Toshiro on the back*
But his Zanpaku-to is freakin awesome, fighting with ice is almost as cool as fighting with fire, but it's more original. AND He plays soccer, which is always a plus. I also feel kinda bad for him always being the butt of people's jokes, poor lil guy. That and always dealing with Rangiku's drunken boob-rants.
Number 5: Soul Eater E
vans (Soul Eater)Alright now we're getting into the really cool characters. He's got an original character design (Red Eyes=Win), he turns into a scythe for gods sakes how is that not freaking awesome!
And he eats souls, thanks to jokes between my cousin and I, anything that eats souls is automatically awesome! Plus, the sould wiggle! XD But yeah he turns into a scythe and he's super bad-ass, a little cocky at times but not to the point where its really annoying. The only thing about him that particularly annoys me is how he's always like 'cool' this 'cool' that, OMG its not that important to be cool ok!?
His "relationship" (you know there is one) with Maka is completely adorable, they fit so well together, their teamwork is amazing for the most part and they compliment eachother really well (not always verbally). Soul is just really awesome and bad-ass, and there's really not a whole lot not to like about him.
Number 4: Dante (Devil May Cry)
Dante is completely awesome, I mean really, he's the embodiment of bad-ass. Seriously, look at that sword and tell me thats not awesome, that and double pistols AND he's a 1/2 demon. I think in a fight he'd even give Inuyasha a run for his money...well ok that would be close.
Seriously though, on top of that he's completely cool (again, cool like chill) I mean in the first episode he shoots a resturaunt keeper for not having a strawerry sundae and saying they're for kids. NEVER mess with Dante's strawberry sundaes. He never really flips out or makes a big deal out of anything and when others are flipping out about something he just comes in, cool as a cucumber and does his thing.
Anybody who's ever seen him slaughter demons, really cant argue his epicness. Plus eventhough he's a 1/2 demon himself, he goes around killing all the evil demons. That and I just love the idea of paring him with Lady, I think they make a great couple...hmm I really gotta stop ranting about this couple stuff and save it for a later post.
Number 3: Joi Touma (Psycho Busters)
Poor Joi never gets any recognition for being so awesome simply because the manga he's from is extremely unpopular. That's a big reason he gets such a high place on this list, because he's underrecognized for his awesomeness.
Anyway though, he's pretty-much the leader of his little "rebel" group of ESPer friends and he commands a lot of respect from them...even Kaito the pyrokinetic who rarely respects anyone. He's wise and knowledgeable about anything involving the supernatural powers prevalent in this manga. To top that off he's a brilliant tactition which is always points from me since I'm a dork like that and I like tactical intelligent characters.
His main, huge claim to fame of getting to be so high on this list, is he's clairvoyant! Ok that doesn't sound overly cool but I LOVE that fact about his character just cuz I'm clairvoyant as well...but in a different way. He can see the future, I can see ghosts, whatever it's still awesome!
Number 2: Inuyasha (InuYasha)
Oh C'mon now, anybody who knows me or at least knows my tastes had to know Inuyasha would show up on this list sooner or later right? He's actually pretty-much tied for first place, just sorta came down to a mental coin toss...that and his obsession over Kikyo is the one teeny little thing that kept him out of first place.
Anywho though, he's a 1/2 demon, he can use his own blood as a weapon, he's bad-ass, he's got a giant sword, he's strong, he's awesome, he's mildly attractive! (Again just cuz he reminds me of my boyfriend personallity wise). Plus unlike most demons he's not a dick all the time, and about 70% of the time when he is, it's aimed at Shippo so it's justified. He's obviously better than Sesshomaru cuz he's able to wield the Tetsusaiga! Probably among the biggest swords in anime history.
That and (here I gotta do a couple rant just cuz it's relevant) InuyashaxKagome is absolute win! If it weren't for this pairing I probably wouldn't like him as much. My absolute favorite scenes are the uber-kawaii InuyashaxKagome moments! They're so sweet and that's my absolute favorite side of his personallity.
Number 1: Kakashi Hatake (Naruto)
Kakashi is the embodiment of cool. If I had to create a visual aid for the meaning of the word 'cool' I'd use Kakashi cuz he's just that cool. Completely aloof and nonchalant at all times he's just complete win.He knows over 1000 jutsu and he freaking created his own! He was trained by the greatest Hokage ever who was trained by a Sanin who was trained by another Hokage who was trained by 2 more Hokage! And he has a ninja mask! Any cool character should have a ninja mask!
He's a perv without being a lecher which is awesome and it fits him, cuz personally I cant really see Kakashi being interested in sex, thats why I find lemons with him strange...or any pairing with him for that matter. He just doesn't seem like sex would be a priority for him, but who really knows? It is Kakashi after all, he's mysterious, another win point. He's funny, he's cool, he's infamous! He's just completely awesome! I cant even describe how awesome he is!
You know what?! Kakashi deserves to be Hokage ok? He just does, he knows 1000+ jutsu, he was an ANBU member at 13 and...I forget the age he became a Jounin and Chuunin actually, but still, Kakashi Hatake should be Hokage!
Well there you have it, my Top 10 Anime Characters with white/silver/gray hair! ...Strange how they all turned out to be guys...there just really aren't any white/silver/gray haired anime girls that are as awesome. Though an honnorable mention goes to Rikuo Nura (demon form) of Nurarihyon no Mago I would've put him on this list but since the anime is only on its 3rd episode as of now and he was only breifly in 2 as his demon form, I don't know enough about him to write a rant paragraph.
